Location: Gloucester / Bristol / Taunton
Pay: £18.00 – £22.00 per hour

Role Summary

The Crushing and Screening Engineer will work across a designated region of the UK, delivering field-based service, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on mobile crushers and screeners. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work independently, and excellent customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs for mobile crushing and screening equipment.

  • Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and breakdown diagnostics.

  • Optimise machine performance and reliability through proactive solutions.

  • Support customers with machine commissioning, operator training, and handovers.

  • Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and parts usage logs.

  • Work collaboratively with parts, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Promote health & safety and compliance on all customer sites.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience with mobile crushing and screening equipment.

  • Strong mechanical diagnostic and repair skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and travel within your assigned region.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.

  • Professional, flexible, and customer-focused attitude.
