Job Title: Crushing and Screening Engineer

Pay: £18.00 – £22.00 per hour

NEOS Engineering is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Crushing and Screening Engineer. The company is a leading provider of crushing, screening, and material handling solutions across the UK, offering excellent career development, technical training, and long-term stability.

The Crushing and Screening Engineer will work across a designated region of the UK, delivering field-based service, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on mobile crushers and screeners. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work independently, and excellent customer relationship skills.

• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs for mobile crushing and screening equipment.

• Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and breakdown diagnostics.

• Optimise machine performance and reliability through proactive solutions.

• Support customers with machine commissioning, operator training, and handovers.

• Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and parts usage logs.

• Work collaboratively with parts, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Promote health & safety and compliance on all customer sites.

• Experience with mobile crushing and screening equipment.

• Strong mechanical diagnostic and repair skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and travel within your assigned region.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
