Job Description Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer – FM Service Provider  – Up to £60,000 per annum + Package
Exciting opportunity to join a growing and private building services provider operating across both domestic and commercial environments. This role is ideal for a qualified Gas & Plumbing Engineer looking to work across a varied portfolio, delivering high-quality installations, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
The successful candidate will be fully qualified in gas and plumbing, with strong experience across both domestic and commercial systems. You will work both independently and as part of a wider team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Hours of Work:
\n Monday to Friday

08:00 am – 17:00 pm
\n
Call-out: TBC
\n
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
\n Carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance of domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical systems
\n
Diagnose and repair faults across gas appliances and plumbing systems, ensuring long-term solutions
\n
Complete first and second fix plumbing works to a high professional standard
\n
Undertake testing and commissioning of systems to ensure safe and efficient operation
\n
Carry out minor cross-trade works where required to support overall service delivery
\n
Conduct ongoing risk assessments and ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
\n
Accurately record job details, materials, and labour using both electronic and paper-based systems
\n
Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota when required
\n
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and service levels maintained
\n
Support and mentor junior engineers and apprentices where required
\n
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure efficient delivery of works across all sites
\n
Package:
\n Up to £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:
\n Gas Safe Registered (Domestic & Commercial)
\n
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
\n
Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, etc.)
\n
Domestic Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
\n
Proven experience in both domestic and commercial environments
\n
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
\n
Full UK Driving Licence
\n
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
\n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
Desirable (Not Essential):
\n Unvented Hot Water (G3)
\n
LPG / Catering Gas Qualifications
\n
WRAS Certification
\n
Asbestos Awareness / Manual Handling / Working at Height
\n
Experience with BMS systems
\n
