Are you a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new mobile role focused on service and maintenance?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established FM service provider, covering a range of commercial sites including schools, nursing homes, hotels, factories, offices, and warehouses across the region.
As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to Air Conditioning and HVAC systems across multiple contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintenance, and fault finding on AC and HVAC systems
Responding to breakdowns and reactive call-outs
Completing general PPM tasks within plant rooms
Maintaining accurate service reports and compliance documentation Systems Covered
Split systems
VRV / VRF systems
AHUs
FCUs
General HVAC plant equipment Requirements
F-Gas qualified (essential)
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (desirable)
Proven experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance within commercial buildings
