Mixologist - 3 AA Rosette

We are currently looking for an experienced, talented and creative Mixologist for this luxury dining pub with rooms in Kingham. Reporting to the Creative Bar Director you will work with organic and homegrown ingredients — herbs, botanicals, fruits, and ferments — to create drinks that celebrate the flavours of the Cotswolds.

The Person

The successful Mixologist will have the following Experience as a Mixologist with a good cocktail knowledge base Be able to stay calm and efficient under pressure, ensuring smooth service during busy periods Maintain high standards in drink presentation and bar cleanliness Confidently recommend and discuss premium spirits, wines, and ingredients
