Job Purpose
To efficiently operate, maintain, and manage heavy-duty mixing machinery while ensuring seamless workflow in a high-pressure production environment. The role demands exceptional physical capability, technical problem-solving skills, and teamwork to meet stringent production targets.
Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Maintenance: Safely assemble, dismantle, operate, and troubleshoot industrial mixing machinery. Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly. Adhere to strict operational protocols and safety guidelines.
Material Handling: Decant 15kg baskets of raw materials throughout the shift. Manually push tubs weighing 180-200 kg Ensure accurate material measurement and mixing ratios.
Workflow Management: Maintain consistent output in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production quotas. Monitor mixing processes, adjusting parameters as needed to ensure product quality. Document batch records and maintain cleanliness in the mixing ...
