40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Introduction

Were looking for an experienced Minibus Driver to join our team based in New Milton and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our luxury nursing homes.

This is no ordinary driving job.

Youll be carrying our wonderful residents on exciting excursions, helping them feel safe and secure and providing the highest standards of service. Youll work closely with our Activities Organisers, placing our residents health, welfare and interests first, at all times.

When not out on day trips, youll be responsible for transferring residents to hospital and other important appointments, and youll look after the general maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle.

Ideally, youll already hold a valid PSV licence. However, if you meet our About You criteria, well support you in obtaining this.

About you

Youll have a genuine interest in the needs of elderly people, and an understanding of the care home environment. Youre polite, courteous, and respectful, with good communications skills and kind manner. Youre approachable, with a can-do attitude and a passion for helping our residents make the most of their trips out of the home.
