We are seeking a dependable and courteous Minibus Driver to support our London evening run, helping pupils travel home safely at the end of the school day. This role is part of our dedicated Operations team and contributes directly to the smooth running of daily school life. You will take responsibility for the safe transport of pupils from the College into London before returning the vehicle to Wellington College. The position operates during term time only, Monday to Friday, between 5pm and 8pm, helping ensure families across London receive a consistently reliable and reassuring service. Located in Crowthorne, Berkshire, with train and bus links providing easy access to transport connections, Wellington College offers a warm, collaborative and professionally rewarding working environment. You will work closely with colleagues, pupils and families, representing the College with professionalism and care. Your focus on safety, punctuality and attention to detail will be vital in ensuring every journey meets the high standards expected of our transport provision. There may be opportunities for additional daytime driving, offering valuable variety and flexibility for those who wish to take on more hours. We encourage all staff to grow within their roles and are committed to supporting ongoing development. Drivers may have access to relevant training, including MiDAS certification, helping you build confidence and deepen your knowledge in pupil transport and minibus safety.
