Job Title: CNC Turner / Miller Location: Cramlington, Newcastle Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Days (38 hours per week) Salary: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a precision engineering environment and is seeking a long-term role within a company that values quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
Role Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling or turning machinery
Run test cycles and verify machine settings prior to production
Produce high-quality components to tight tolerances
Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
Perform in-process quality checks and ensure parts meet specification
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work independently on low-volume, high-precision components
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in CNC or manual milling or turning
Time-served engineering background (apprenticeship or equivalent)
Confident working from engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
