Our customers range from DIY and retail clients to small and national housebuilders, general and specialist contractors, housing associations, and other timber and builders merchants.

As a Mill Operative, you will assist in general mill duties including machining and sawing timber. This is a hands-on role within our milling operation, helping ensure timber products are processed efficiently and to a high standard.

Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within the timber and manufacturing industry.

• Assist with general mill operations including machining and sawing timber
• Operate milling and cutting equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
• Support production processes to ensure timber is processed accurately
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow all health and safety procedures in the workplace
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient mill operations

• Previous experience in a mill, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
