Duties

* Perform MIG welding on various components, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

* Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.

* Work with sheet metal to create precise cuts and shapes for assembly.

* Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety regulations.

* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.

* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication

* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

* Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.

* Experience in assembly processes related to metalwork is advantageous.
