Structural Steel Welder
Location: Cannock

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour (Basic)
Overtime: £21.75 per hour (6:00am - 8:00am, when available)
Job Type: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)
Pay: Weekly

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Structural Steel Welder to join a well-established and growing business. This role is ideal for someone looking for long-term, stable work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

The Role:

Welding and tacking structural steel frames
Working from and understanding structural engineering drawings
Assembling steel components to specification
Ensuring high standards of quality and accuracyImportant to note

This is not a pipe welding role and not a production welding environment. We are specifically looking for candidates with structural steel experience.

What We're Looking For:

Confident and competent welder with proven structural steel experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work
Strong attention to detail and qualityWhat's On Offer:
