Welder / Fabricator Required! (MIG / TIG) BE Recruitment are recruiting A Welder / Fabricator / for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7). Preferably experience in MIG, TIG, Stainless & Aluminium . Working Hours: AM & PM Shift Available PM: Monday - Wednesday: 14:00 - 00:00 Thursday: 14:00 - 23:30 Friday: Off
AM: Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00
Overtime @ 1.5x Pay. Pay: £14.50 - £17 per hour. (Dependant on skill level) Temp to Perm! Benefits: On-site parking. £50 Bonus Per Month for on-time clock-ins. (Once Passed Probation). £100 Birthday Bonus. Full Lockers & Work wear Provided. Tool Club - Opportunities to purchase own tools / kit at heavily discounted rate. (Can be paid via weekly instalments directly from wages). Overtime opportunities available. Progression Available.

Minimum Skills / Experience Required: Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experienced in MIG / TIG welding. Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish. Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment. Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills. Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
