MIG Welder Salary: £14.00 - £14.50 p/h (Rising to £14.95 p/h once trained to standard) Hours: 7:45am - 4:45pm Monday - Thursday, 7:45am - 1:00pm Friday (38 Hours per Week) Benefits: 33 Days Holiday, Early Finish Friday Contract Type: 12 Week Temporary role with a view to being offered a permanent role upon successful trial period Stafflex are recruiting for a skilled MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing environment in producing high-quality steel products. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their welding standards and can work efficiently, to a consistent and repeatable process You will be MIG welding mild steel components, working from pre-cut and pre-formed parts using jigs to ensure accuracy to completing full welds. There is also an opportunity to work with robotic welding equipment depending on experience. This is a production-focused role where quality, consistency and attention to detail are critical.
