Working accurately from engineering drawings
Ensuring high standards of weld quality and finish
Supporting general workshop activities as required
Maintaining a safe and organised work areaEssential skills for the MIG Welder Fabricator:

Proven experience as a MIG Welder Fabricator
Strong technical mindset
Ability to read and work confidently from engineering drawings
Full UK driving licence
Reliable team player seeking long-term stabilityDesirable experience for the MIG Welder Fabricator:

CSCS card
Experience with press brakes or laser equipment
Interest in CAD or 3D design
Site work exposureTraining & benefits:

Structured 2–3-week shadowing programme
Training available on AutoCAD, 3D designs, press brakes, and laser equipment
Exposure to Leica laser measurement system
Support through structural steel coding for welders
Additional tickets available (MPORS, IPAF, MEWPs, Forklift, Health & Safety)
