Job Title: MIG & TIG Welder
Location: Altham, Lancashire
Pay Rate: Up to £19.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 – 17:00
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MIG & TIG Welder to join our team based in Altham, Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking for a stable, long-term position with a competitive hourly rate and a great work-life balance with a 4-day working week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out MIG and TIG welding on mild and stainless steel
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
* Perform fabrication and finishing tasks as required
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Requirements:
* Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
* Strong ability to work with both mild steel and stainless steel
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
