Hunters 4 Staff are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, an established engineering company based in Brownhills. This is a temp to perm position, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-standard MIG and TIG welding tasks.
Ensure all welding work meets quality and safety standards.
Maintain and operate welding equipment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations. Requirements:
Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
Own weld mask, safety boots/shoes, and flame-retardant clothing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills. Benefits:
Competitive pay starting from £13.00 per hour.
Company pension.
Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm, Friday 7am - 12pm.
Opportunity for a permanent position. Ideal for candidates based in or around Brownhills, including Walsall, Cannock, and Lichfield.
