Job Title: Midweight Graphic Designer
Location: Lytham St Annes, Lancashire
Working Pattern: On site, five days per week
Remuneration: Up to £33,000 per annum

The Role This is a mid-level design position within an in-house creative team, supporting the delivery of high-quality visual assets across both print and digital channels. Working closely with senior design leadership, the role plays an important part in maintaining brand consistency and supporting marketing activity across multiple divisions and international markets.
The position will suit a designer who enjoys variety, works well in a collaborative environment and is confident managing multiple creative projects to deadline.
Key Responsibilities Design print and digital collateral including brochures, presentations, advertisements and exhibition materials

Create engaging social media assets, animations and supporting digital content

Produce accurate, brand-compliant artwork using Adobe Creative Suite on Mac

Support website and online activity with visually engaging design assets

Work closely with regulatory stakeholders to ensure packaging and artwork meet statutory requirements

Maintain accurate electronic filing and version control

Liaise with external agencies, printers and suppliers when required

Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials

Key Skills Strong capability across both print and digital design

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects and PowerPoint

Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

Effective time management and organisational skills

Confident communication and collaboration skills

Experience Required Minimum of 3 years' experience in a graphic design role

Experience working across both B2B and B2C design projects

Experience working within an in-house or fast-paced design environment

Domain Experience In-house creative or design team

Product-led or regulated industries

Marketing-led commercial environments

Additional Information Full-time, on-site role based in Lytham St Annes
