About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Mid/Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of compelling visual content across digital, print, motion, and UX design. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives on bringing ideas to life through innovative design while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and brand cohesion. Experience in build environment graphics is a bonus.

As a key player in the design team, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outputs that engage and inspire. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, balancing creativity with strategic thinking to deliver impactful solutions.

In addition to hands-on design work, you’ll support the Head of Graphic Design by helping to oversee projects, provide guidance to junior team members, and ensure seamless creative continuity when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital & Print Design: Craft visually striking layouts, typography, infographics, and branded assets for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials—both static and animated.
  • Motion Design: Elevate static visuals with dynamic motion graphics, animations, and interactive elements using Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard tools.
  • UX Design: Optimize digital experiences by designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, collaborating with developers to ensure seamless functionality and accessibility.
  • Print Production: Oversee artwork for large-format projects (wayfinding, signage, hoardings) and printed collateral (brochures, books, posters), liaising with vendors to ensure top-tier quality.
  • Creative Leadership: Mentor junior designers, uphold brand consistency, and contribute fresh ideas to elevate visual storytelling.

Skills & Experience:

  • Min. 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, and/or UX/UI design (degree preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in build environment graphics is a bonus.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere), and UX/UI software (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX, motion, branding, digital design, animation, and user-centered design.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills—able to present ideas clearly and work effectively across teams.
  • Experience mentoring designers or stepping into a leadership role is a plus.

Why Apply?

This is a chance to shape visual narratives across diverse mediums while growing in a dynamic, creative environment. If you’re passionate about pushing design boundaries and ready to take on a pivotal role, we’d love to hear from you.
