We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Functional Consultant to deliver large and complex Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions for our clients. This role plays a critical part in translating complex business requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions, while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and supporting the growth of our Microsoft practice. Successfully delivers enterprise Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations Builds strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders Ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope Contributes to presales success through high-quality demos and solution design Supports and mentors junior consultants within the practice

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions aligned to client needs Lead and document client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions Own functional requirements and perform detailed gap/fit analysis Apply Microsoft best practices and NoBlue2 delivery methodology across all engagements Identify, manage, and communicate project risks and dependencies Support presales activities including demonstrations and proof of concept work Collaborate closely with solution architects and technical teams Produce clear, sustainable solution and project documentation Support testing, cutover, go-live, and early life support activities Deliver training to end users and internal colleagues Mentor and coach junior consultants and support performance management Represent NoBlue2 professionally in all client interactions

About You

Strong functional knowledge across finance and supply chain modules Proven consultancy background with enterprise-scale implementations Confident working with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions Client‑focused, adaptable, and calm under pressure
