Microsoft Dynamics Architect
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £90,000
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect to own the target architecture and engineering of Dynamics products. This role combines functional expertise with technical understanding , overseeing internal teams and third-party providers to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
\n
Design and deliver target architecture and roadmaps for Dynamics solutions.
\n
Provide functional and technical guidance to teams and suppliers.
\n
Oversee development, proof-of-concepts, and tooling for Dynamics and Power Platform.
\n
Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and performant.
\n
Lead architecture approvals, governance, and platform planning.
\n
Manage budgets, benefits tracking, and supplier performance.
\n
Mentor team members and promote best practices across the platform.
\n
Required Experience & Skills
\n
10 years in IT, including 5 years as a Dynamics/Power Platform Architect.
\n
Strong all-rounder: functional knowledge with technical expertise.
\n
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and Agile delivery.
\n
Proven leadership of teams and third-party suppliers.
\n
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
\n
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.
