We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join our thriving secondary school in Braintree. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner to inspire students and contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking department.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5, if applicable), fostering a love of languages and cultures, and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)
- Have strong subject knowledge in one or more MFL subjects (e.g. French, Spanish, German)
- Be passionate about teaching and learning
- Have high expectations of student achievement and behaviour
- Be committed to inclusive education and safeguarding
- Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
