Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced and passionate MFL Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in Wigan for a long-term supply position starting after February half-term and continuing through to July 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Spanish Teacher (with some French) seeking a stable, long-term role within a supportive and values-led school environment.

The Role - MFL Teacher (Spanish & French)

You will be responsible for:

Teaching Spanish predominantly, with some French, across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated MFL lessons
Assessing progress and supporting pupil attainment
Maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour
Working closely with an established and supportive MFL department

The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Spanish and French in UK secondary schools
Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 MFL curriculum
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
Available to commit to a long-term role until July 2026ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
