Join our field team supporting smart-meter performance across London and East Anglia. This is a maintenance-focused role : fixing comms issues, restoring data flow, and replacing key components such as SIMs, aerials and comms hubs.
No installation work. Full training provided.
What Youll Do Diagnose and fix smart-meter faults

SIM swaps, aerial changes, comms hub resets

Restore no-read / no-data meters

Replace IHDs, backup cells and comms modules

Run HAN/WAN tests and improve signal performance

Complete job updates on a handheld device

Deliver excellent customer service in the field

What You Need Field or customer-facing experience

Confident using mobile tech

Able to work independently

Full UK driving licence
