What Youll Be Doing As a Metering Health Worker, youll be out in the field supporting customers and ensuring their smart meters are working properly. Your role will involve:
Providing support to customers before and after smart meter installations

Clearly explaining how their meters work

Reconnecting meters and replacing SIMs, modems, batteries and aerials

Encouraging energy-saving behaviours

Carrying out site surveys and updating records using a tablet
