About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Metal Polisher to join our client's busy team in Havant. a great opportunity for long-term work with consistent hours and excellent pay. No prior metal polishing experience? No problem! If you've worked in a metal environment, such as welding, fabrication, sanding, grinding etc and are comfortable with hand tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift Pattern

2-Week Rotating Shifts
Week 1: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Week 2: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do

Polish stainless-steel components to a professional finish
Perform fettling, grinding, deburring, and polish out weld seams
Follow safety protocols and operating procedures
Keep your workspace clean and organised
Communicate with the Production Manager to stay on scheduleWhat We're Looking For

Basic experience with hand tools or similar equipment
