kolt recruitment are looking for a Strip Fitter to join a busy accident repair centre in Croydon. This is a great opportunity for an experienced MET/Strip & Fit technician seeking a stable role with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities

* Stripping and refitting vehicle components to manufacturer standards

* Removing damaged parts safely and efficiently

* Supporting light mechanical and diagnostic tasks where needed

* Working closely with panel beaters, painters and estimators

* Maintaining repair accuracy and a clean, organised workspace

Requirements

* Proven experience as a strip fitter / MET technician

* Strong mechanical and electrical understanding

* Ability to work efficiently under pressure

* High attention to detail and consistent workmanship

* Full UK driving licence preferred
