* Strip and refit vehicle panels, trims, bumpers, interiors, and mechanical components

* Accurately diagnose and document all required replacement parts

* Prepare vehicles for body and paint departments, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards

* Reassemble vehicles after repair, ensuring correct alignment and functionality

* Work efficiently to meet workshop productivity targets

* Maintain accurate job records and follow all workshop procedures

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Strip Fitter / MET Technician within a dealership or bodyshop

* Strong mechanical and body repair knowledge

* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team

* High attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset

* Full UK driving licence
