Director, M&A – Integration & Transaction Delivery


A fast‑growing, international education group backed by a leading private equity investor is seeking a Director, M&A – Integration & Transaction Delivery to play a pivotal role in its global buy‑and‑build strategy.


Operating at the heart of the Corporate Development function, this senior role will lead the execution and integration of acquisitions across multiple regions, ensuring that each deal is delivered rigorously and that value is fully realised post‑close.


You will partner closely with the General Counsel and CFO and work across the full M&A lifecycle — from diligence and deal execution through to Day‑1 readiness and long‑term integration delivery.


What you’ll lead:

  • End‑to‑end transaction execution, including diligence coordination, workstream management and operational assessment
  • Development and ownership of integration plans, governance and reporting
  • Cross‑functional leadership with Finance, HR, Operations, Tech and other senior stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement of M&A playbooks, methodologies and integration frameworks


What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years’ hands‑on M&A experience (Corporate Development, PE, or Transaction Advisory)
  • Proven track record delivering multiple completed deals and complex cross‑border integrations
  • Strong operational diligence capability and comfort working in diverse, founder‑led or emerging‑market environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and execution discipline
