Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end mergers and acquisitions process, including evaluation, negotiation, and execution.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential targets.
- Manage relationships with external advisors and stakeholders during transactions.

- Monitor and evaluate post-acquisition performance to ensure value realisation
The Successful Applicant
A successful Mergers & Acquisition Director should have:

- Proven track record of handling complex financial transactions.
