*** Please note the Head Office for this role is based in the Midlands - There is the potential for a very hybrid working policy but there will be expectation to go to the office some of the time ***This is a rare opportunity to step into a brand-new Merchandising Manager role and play a pivotal part in launching a not-for-profit organisation's retail proposition from the ground up.Our client has a powerful social mission at its heart. The goal of this role is simple but ambitious: build a commercially strong retail offer that generates sustainable revenue, which is then reinvested directly back into the organisation to help more people, more often.If you come from a traditional merchandise planning background, but are craving a change of pace, greater autonomy, and work that genuinely matters - this could be the role that redefines your career.
The Role:
As Merchandising Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end merchandising strategy for a newly forming retail proposition. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll operate both strategically and operationally.You'll be trusted to design, implement and evolve the merchandising function, working closely with senior stakeholders while having the freedom to shape how things are done.
