Optimising RELEX AI to deliver accurate demand forecasting and store replenishment Managing availability, wastage and product lifecycles across core and seasonal ranges Delivering weekly sales and margin reporting through WSSI Collaborating with Buying, Branch Merchandising, Retail, Online, Marketing, Logistics and in‑house Chefs Leading and developing an Assistant Merchandiser and a MAA

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience as a Merchandiser or Planner (Grocery, FMCG or Perishables preferred) Strong Excel skills — LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and modelling Commercially sharp with strong margin, markdown and wastage understanding Able to make fast, informed decisions
