As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the brand - delivering a seamless, personalised experience that reflects the craftsmanship and innovation behind every vehicle. Your duties will include:
Responsibilities
Delivering a premium, personalised sales experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, guiding them through the full sales journey.
Presenting vehicles confidently, conducting test drives, and showcasing product features and technology.
Managing enquiries efficiently through digital, telephone and showroom channels.
Achieving sales targets across new and approved-used vehicles, finance, insurance and value-added products.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with FCA and brand standards.
Qualifications
Have a proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
Demonstrate strong influencing skills, with the confidence to convert enquiries into sales.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
Are polished, articulate and naturally engaging.
Show professionalism and a commitment to adhere to processes and procedures.
