The Role Were looking for a Refrigeration-focused Remote Support Engineer to join a fast-paced, specialist support team delivering critical technical support across commercial and retail refrigeration estates. This is not a standard helpdesk role youll be the technical backbone behind field operations , using your refrigeration expertise to triage issues, analyse trends, and remotely optimise system performance. Working nights, youll play a key role in keeping systems running efficiently while minimising downtime and unnecessary engineer callouts. ?? What Youll Be Doing Providing remote technical support across refrigeration and cooling systems Triaging work orders to ensure the right engineers are deployed first time Carrying out remote diagnostics and fault finding on live systems Adjusting control set points (e.g. Danfoss, Carel, RDM systems) to improve performance Analysing system trends, identifying recurring faults, and recommending improvements Producing clear, insightful technical and performance reports Supporting compliance with F-Gas / refrigerant regulations Working clo...
