Our cleint is looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Survey to join them, they are a well-established, privately owned contractor with a growing presence in the South. Our client is delivering high-quality MEP Services across various sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education and Residential.They are currently looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor at Project or Senior level who is confident managing projects from pre-construction through to final account. Current projects include 2 large scale NEC Contracts in Central London valued up to £15m, where you would be part of a strong team of 2 Seniors and 2 Quantity Surveyors, this role offers long term opportunities for progression past Senior level!Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and budgets for M&E packagesLead the procurement of M&E subcontractors, including tender analysis and recommendation reportsContribute to the project commercial strategies and demonstrating an understanding of the implementation of internal and external tender strategies.Maximise project cashflow by effective commercial management.Contribute to relevant project procurement strategies with particular focus on the issuing of tender enquiries, package reconciliations and production of subcontract orders.The ideal profile would include strong experience in cost planning, procurement, contract administration, valuations, and variation management specifically within MEP packages.If you are interested please send your CV to BenJBRP1_UKTJ
