We are currently working with a number of established building services contractors who are looking to appoint experienced M&E Quantity Surveyors, across both mechanical and electrical disciplines, in the Birmingham and Wolverhampton areas.

These are permanent opportunities with reputable contractors delivering a range of commercial and mixed-use building services projects.

The role:

Commercial management of M&E building services projects

*

Cost control, valuations, variations and final accounts

*

Working closely with project and contracts teams

*

Managing subcontractor packages and procurement

*

Ensuring commercial performance across projects

About you:

*

Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor

*

Background in mechanical or electrical building services

*

Experience within the building services sector is essential

*

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

*

Professional, team-focused approach
