MEP Quantity Surveyor LondonLooking for your next step in MEP Quantity Surveying? This is a hands-on project-level role where you'll take real ownership of building services packages on commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across London. You'll be running your own MEP cost packages, preparing valuations, supporting procurement, and working closely with contractors and design teams - all while developing your career in a supportive, collaborative environment. What you'll be doing:Running your own MEP cost packages from early design through to final accountPreparing valuations, cost reports, and measurement documentationSupporting procurement and tender evaluation for MEP worksLiaising with contractors, design teams, and clients to ensure smooth deliveryIdentifying and managing commercial risks on your projectsWhat we're looking for:Proven project-level MEP QS experienceStrong knowledge of cost planning, measurement, and valuationsConfident communicator, able to engage with clients, contractors and colleaguesAmbitious and motivated to develop technically and commerciallyThis is an excellent opportunity for a project-level MEP QS who wants responsibility, visibility, and the chance to work on technically challenging, high-profile projects in London.This is an exciting opportunity to be visible, take responsibility, and make a tangible impact on projects.
