MEP Project Manager (BMS Focus) Location: Waterloo Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 (Basic) + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong focus on Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our growing team based in Waterloo. This role will involve managing projects typically valued between £300k and £1.5m, delivering high-quality building services solutions across a range of commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of MEP projects, with a particular emphasis on BMS installations and upgrades
*
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
*
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers
*
Ensure seamless integration of BMS with wider building systems and network infrastructure
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
*
Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
*
Maintain compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and quality procedures
Requirements
*
Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager, ideally within BMS-focused projects
*
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical plant systems
*
In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
*
Experience with network integration and smart building technologies
*
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
*
Relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services)
*
Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments
*
Familiarity with leading BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider)
