The Opportunity
We are currently working with a significant tier 1 MEP contractor to recruit an experienced MEP Project Lead for a major project in the Warwickshire region. This is an exciting and senior-level opportunity to take ownership of a technically interesting and high-value scheme, with an MEP value in excess of £30 million.
You will be supported by a business with:

What You’ll Be Doing
*
Taking full operational responsibility for the MEP delivery of a major project
*
Recruiting, managing and mentoring a capable MEP team
*
Working in close collaboration with the client and wider delivery teams
*
Ensuring technical, commercial and programme targets are met
*
Overseeing coordination, commissioning and handover phases
*
Maintaining a sharp focus on health, safety, quality, and sustainability throughout
What We’re Looking For
*
A proven track record of leading large-scale MEP projects (£30M+ MEP value)
*
Strong leadership and team management experience
*
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work closely with clients and consultants
*
A background in either mechanical or electrical building services
*
A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to see the bigger picture
