We have partnered with a very well respected and growing £100m turnover MEP contractor with a strong presence delivering across the commercial, healthcare and life science sectors who are looking for an experienced and visionary MEP Operations Director to join our London team. This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing the operational delivery of their MEP projects across the region. Reporting to their MD, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction with autonomy to develop and implement a strategy to further enhance their brand and presence in existing and new sectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all MEP projects in London and surrounding regions.

* Manage and mentor project and operational teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, performance, and professional development.

* Oversee project planning, resource allocation, financial forecasting, and risk management.

* Ensure rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained on all sites.
