MEP Digital Engineering & BIM Manager – Tier One Main Contractor\n\n Location: Berkshire\n\n Salary: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance & Travel Expenses\n \nThe Role\n\nAs the MEP Digital Engineering & BIM Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading MEP BIM strategy and implementation for a prestigious life sciences project in the Berkshire area. You'll work closely with project teams, design consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure coordinated digital delivery, model integrity, and compliance with industry standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead BIM delivery for MEP disciplines across pre-construction and construction phases\nDevelop and implement MEP-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure alignment with ISO 19650\nCoordinate federated models, clash detection and resolution processes (Navisworks / Solibri)\nSupport the integration of digital tools into MEP workflows (e.g., Revit MEP, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud)\nOversee data integrity, asset tagging, COBie outputs and digital handover\nProvide technical leadership, training, and support to in-house MEP teams and external stakeholders\nWork closely with MEP subcontractors to ensure compliant model delivery and data exchangeRequirements\n\nExtensive experience in MEP BIM coordination or management roles within main contracting or major subcontracting\nStrong technical knowledge of MEP systems and digital delivery processes\nProficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360, and associated digital engineering platforms\nFamiliarity with ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework principles\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nBackground in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering \nIf you’re interested in this position, please reach out to Matt Dade – (url removed)
