Are you currently working as an MEP CAD Coordinator, commutable to North Surrey and looking for an exciting new career move?
Emeya Recruitment are currently representing a leading MEP Design and Build Contractor, they are well established with a great pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans.
They currently have a requirement for an MEP CAD Coordinator to join their team, this position is based out of their head office in North Surrey (close to train station and parking nearby).
They are looking for someone with a strong understanding of MEP, capable of producing high quality coordinated drawings for large scale projects.
Role Requirements and Experience:
* You will currently be working as an MEP CAD Technician/Coordinator within the Building Services construction sector, MEP experience is essential.
* The role is based out of their head office in North Surrey, you must be commutable to their head office on a daily basis.
* They are predominantly working in 2D MEP CAD at present so this is the key requirement, longer term there is the opportunity to develop your Revit skills as their 3D project workload is growing.
* They have a solid growing team and are looking for someone who wants to come in, work hard and progress, there is a clear path of progression for the right person.
* MEP CAD skills are essential, Fabrication would be beneficial but not a pre requisite.
