As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD

* Assist pupils during lessons to maintain focus and engagement
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN staff to deliver personalised support plans
* Build trusting, supportive relationships with pupils who may struggle in mainstream settings
