Mental Health Support Worker

We are looking for Mental Health Support Workers to offer support in our Supported Living settings and in the community.
Typical shifts would be 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, 10pm- 8am.
We are offering full time and part time contracts (20-35 hours). This role includes weekend work. Sleep in shift are available but not required.
We welcome people with no previous experience as full training is given.
We offer £12.70 per hour and £88.00 per sleep plus enhanced rates for Bank Holidays.
We have a friendly and supportive team and will fund higher qualifications including NVQ Level 2, 3 and 5.
*Responsibilities would include:*
* Activity support
* Managing medication
* Building positive relationships
* Support with appointments
* Support with household tasks
* Support with cooking and shopping
*Applicants should have these desirable qualities:*
* A positive approach to others
* Good communication skills
* A friendly and approachable nature
* Good written skills
* Experience supporting others preferred but not essential
* Be willing to learn
* Car drivers would be welcomed but are not essential.
