Description Location : Based at Preston Park with travel across Brighton and Hove Salary : £28,640 per year plus paid bus pass Hours : 37 per week Contract: Fixed term for 3 months
What youll be doing: Southdown is one of the leading providers of mental health services in Sussex. We have transformed our services to provide easier access to mental health support for people across East Sussex. As a Mental Health Support Coordinator, youll work in partnership and in the community to provide targeted mental health and holistic support.
Youll provide support to clients during a transition period moving from existing services to the new offer. Through individual conversations you will share information about the new service, respond to concerns and signpost to other resources in the community. Youll work in Southdown buildings and be able to travel across neighbourhoods in order to offer accessible services. You will have experience of a dynamic approach to risk assessment and be committed to removing barriers to clients receiving the support they need.
