About the Role As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide practice leadership, professional support, and supervision to Social Workers and social care staff within our mental health teams. Youll play a key role in promoting safeguarding, driving evidence-based practice, and ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities. This is a varied and challenging role that combines leadership responsibilities with a small caseload of complex work. Key Responsibilities Provide professional leadership and supervision to Social Workers and Customer Coordinators. Chair multi-agency meetings and deputise for the Team Manager when required. Manage a small caseload of complex cases, ensuring person-centred practice and compliance with legislation. Promote safeguarding and act as Investigating Manager or Officer as needed.
