Roles we’re recruiting for
Clinical Psychologist
Responsibilities: Provide specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and evidence-based interventions tailored to adults experiencing acute and rehabilitative mental health challenges.
Deliver individual, group therapies within a recovery-focused framework, contributing to collaborative multidisciplinary care planning.
Undertake risk assessments and offer psychological input to risk management plans ensuring patient and staff safety.
Support and provide guidance to carers, and colleagues to foster understanding and shared goal setting.
Maintain high standards of clinical record-keeping, audit participation, and service development activities.
Contribute to audits, and initiatives to continuously improve the quality of psychological care.
Qualifications: Degree in Psychology (BPS accredited). HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist. Experience working in mental health settings, with skills in acute and rehabilitation psychology preferred.
Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN)
Responsibilities: Direct patient care, medication management, monitoring patient safety, collaboration with multidisciplinary team, crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications:
RMN Reg, experience in mental health or acute care preferred, strong communication and de-escalation skills.
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Responsibilities: Recovery-focused activities, occupation-based assessments, rehab planning.
Qualifications: OT qualified, experience with mental health patients
Mental Health Support Workers
Responsibilities: Direct patient assistance, safety checks, activity facilitation, accompanying patients as needed.
Qualifications: Previous experience and training or interest in working with this client group.
Activities Coordinator
Responsibilities: Plan and lead therapeutic group activities, arts/crafts, mindfulness sessions, outings, and social events to promote patient wellbeing and recovery; collaborate with clinical team on individualized programs; track engagement and outcomes.
Qualifications: Experience in activities coordination or group facilitation (healthcare/voluntary sector preferred); creative, empathetic, with strong organizational skills;
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent advantageous; driving license for local outings a plus.
