A fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded, member-led organisation at the heart of the UK financial services sector. We’re seeking a Membership Engagement Manager to lead external engagement, strengthen member relationships, and support the growth and impact of the organisation.


About the Role


In this influential and outward-facing role, you’ll:


  • Lead stakeholder engagement across industry, government, education and training.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key partners.
  • Enhance the membership experience and support membership growth.
  • Manage engagement strategy, CRM insights, events and member communications.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings, roundtables, and industry events.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, insights, and sector-wide skills initiatives.


About You


We’re looking for someone who:


  • Has experience managing diverse stakeholders, ideally at senior level.
  • Has worked in membership, engagement, policy, skills/talent, or related fields.
  • Is a confident communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Is proactive, strategic, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Enjoys building relationships and influencing positive change.
