MEICA Project Manager (mechanical)

Danny Sullivan Group are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager for a role with a specialist contractor working on Southern Water framework.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of mechanical works – from planning and procurement through to delivery, commissioning, and handover – ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget. Strong MEICA experience essential.
Responsibilities:
Manage mechanical elements of water and wastewater projects from inception to completion.
Oversee subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to deliver successful outcomes.
Coordinate with design teams, ensuring constructability and technical accuracy.
Manage budgets, timelines, and project reporting.
Ensure compliance with Southern Water and regulatory requirements.
Deliver all mechanical elements of work on large scale projects on this framework
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager/Senior Mechanical Engineer working on MEICA projects on water frameworks.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in water/wastewater treatment works.
Experience managing NEC contracts (or similar) is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications .
