Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + benefits

Are you an experienced MEICA Estimator looking to work on large-scale, long-term clean water infrastructure projects? This is an opportunity to join a leading Tier One contractor delivering key works for South East Water at a pivotal time for the water industry.

As a MEICA Estimator, you'll play a central role in shaping successful project delivery by producing accurate, competitive, and fully governed cost estimates for multidisciplinary water projects. You'll work closely with design, commercial, delivery teams, and the supply chain to ensure risks are understood, opportunities are captured, and bids meet both client and internal standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

·Preparing detailed MEICA cost estimates for water infrastructure projects
·Reviewing scopes of work to ensure completeness, accuracy, and competitiveness
·Identifying and managing commercial and delivery risks within estimates
·Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across engineering, commercial, and delivery teams
·Engaging with supply chain partners to obtain and assess quotations
·Ensuring estimates comply with governance processes and client requirements
·Supporting tender reviews and bid submissions
·Visiting project sites as required

What we're looking for:

·Proven experience in MEICA estimation within the UK water industry or a closely related sector
·Strong analytical ability and commercial awareness
·Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
·Proficiency in estimation software and related tools
·Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
·Willingness to travel to project sites when required
