Meetings and Events Sales Executive
Reporting to the Meetings & Events Sales Manager, you will assist in maximizing the sales potential and support the achievement of the meetings and events sales targets for the hotel.

Development Opportunities through our Dalata Academy- support your career journey Staff Appreciation Initiatives, Fun Team Building Activities and regular charity events Your Responsibilities: Responsible for incoming enquiries through phone, email and 3 rd party sites, from conversion through to seamless transition to operations for event execution Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with all relevant hotel departments and the customer to ensure consistent, high-level service through pre-event, during event and post event. Attend weekly function sheet meetings Attend daily morning and afternoon catch ups Meet and greet prospective guests and conduct show rounds on property Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts and pro-forma's End to End Enquiry to After Event Calls Conversion days Upsell to maximise revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty Ownership for the management and conversion of assigned enquiries Event billing Correct use of systems process to ensure booking integrity, consistency & accuracy What You Will Need: Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential. An interest in sales and the hospitality industry is a plus. Strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language. A proactive attitude and the ability to identify opportunities to support hotel revenue. Basic interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and develop. About Us
